  1. Enrolment form completed and signed
  2. Birth Certificate or Passport (Original Only)
  3. Immunisation History Statement from Medicare
  4. Proof of address ie rates/electricity/council notice

All of the above mentioned are required prior to enrolment at Riverwood Public School. Without this documentation your enrolment will not be accepted.
